After years of classical and jazz training, Heather Stewart found her home in the rich and earthy sounds of blues. The Trio produced their exciting blues EP in November 2008 and are currently producing their debut blues album. The Trio’s sound mixes old-time fiddle Blues, New Orleans grooves and soaring vocals reminiscent of Bessie Smith and Memphis Minnie.
